Refund policy

 

We accept returns/exchanges if the product is damaged or defective. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us at info@shoppricelessbeauty.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include a photo of the product and details of the issue. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item.  

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will notify you via e-mail regarding return status for refund.
